Backstage Report: Dixie Carter Not That Approachable Anymore

A report released by PWInsider.com suggests TNA President Dixie Carter isn't as approachable as she once was and waits for people to come to her rather than going to them. In the past she had made the effort to talk to everybody.
The general feeling within the company is their is no appreciation of their hard work. There hasn't been a lot of raises within the past few years and apparently that has some unhappy.
