Dave Meltzer Says ROH Star Close to Signing with WWE

Dave Meltzer mentioned on the most recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that former ROH star Kevin Steen has yet to sign with WWE but it would appear that both sides are very close to a deal. Melzer noted that he believes a deal will be done.
